Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement between Erva Ambalaj & Matbaacılık (Seller) and the customer (Buyer) governs online sales made via ervapack.com under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502. Buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, except for custom-printed or made-to-order products (Art. 15/1-c of the Distance Contracts Regulation). Delivery is made by contracted courier within the lead time shown on the product page. Disputes are subject to Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts.
